Front-End Closers – Customer Transaction Specialist

About the role

The Front-End Closers position is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Rawalpindi. You will be responsible for managing the end‑to‑end closing process for client transactions, ensuring each step is completed accurately and on schedule while delivering a professional, customer‑focused experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to confirm transaction details and guide them through the closing process.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather required documentation and approvals.
• Prepare, review, and file escrow‑related paperwork in line with company policies.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with all stakeholders throughout each deal.
• Identify and resolve issues promptly to avoid delays in deal closure.
• Record all activities and outcomes in the designated CRM and business software.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Attention to detail, good time‑management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment handling multiple cases simultaneously.
• Minimum high school diploma; further education in business or related fields is a plus.
• Prior experience in BPO, sales support, or transaction processing is advantageous.

Required skills

• Comfort using business software, CRM systems and basic office tools.
