Front Sales Caller

About the role

Vertex Surveillance is looking for a motivated Front Sales Caller to join its on‑site team in Karachi. In this full‑time position you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, handling both outbound and inbound calls to introduce the company’s security solutions and qualify sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and receive inbound inquiries to engage prospects.
• Explain CCTV, access‑control and biometric products in clear, non‑technical language.
• Identify customer needs, qualify leads and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Record all interactions accurately in the CRM system and follow up on warm leads.
• Achieve daily and weekly call volume, lead‑generation and conversion targets.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and active‑listening skills with professional telephone etiquette.
• Ability to simplify technical security concepts for non‑technical audiences.
• Experience in telesales, call‑center operations, inside sales or customer service (preferred).
• Basic proficiency with CRM or lead‑management tools and standard office software.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding call and conversion targets.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment with minimal supervision.
• Organised, with good time‑management and accurate record‑keeping.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages spoken in Karachi is an advantage.
• High school diploma required; further education in business, sales or communications is a plus.
