Front Sales Closer – Design Services

About the role

Experts Communication is hiring a Front Sales Closer with experience in selling design services, based in North Nazimabad, Karachi. The shift runs from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday to Friday, with Saturday and Sunday off. The target is $5,000 to $15,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients for design services
• Conduct outbound sales calls, follow-ups and client meetings
• Close deals by presenting service value propositions
• Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business
• Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and sales targets
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to deliver customised solutions
• Stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in design sales or a similar field
• Proven success in high-value sales transactions
• Ability to work the night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to work independently
