About the role
Digital Operations Team is seeking a confident, energetic, and result‑oriented Front Sales Executive to join its growing team. You will communicate professionally with potential clients, understand their requirements, build strong relationships, and convert opportunities into successful business.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with potential clients, understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive conversions.
- Achieve performance targets of 15‑20 account acquisitions per month and generate $5K‑$7K monthly revenue.
- Handle international clients and work on‑site during night shift hours (8 PM to 5 AM).
Required profile
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Confidence in client handling and conversions.
- Good negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
- Target‑driven, performance‑focused mindset.
- Professional approach toward client communication.
- Comfortable working with international clients.
- Ability to work night shift on‑site.
