Front Sales Representative

About the role

MindFire Digital is seeking a motivated Front Sales Representative to join its on‑site team in Karachi. In this full‑time position you will build relationships with new and existing customers, identify sales opportunities and help the company achieve its revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Identify sales opportunities, generate leads and close deals.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed product information.
• Address client queries promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Track activities and results using CRM tools.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Experience training others on product knowledge and sales strategies (preferred).
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment handling multiple tasks.
• Organizational and problem‑solving mindset with results‑driven attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (preferred).

Required skills
