Front Sales – Trademark (Night Shift)

About the role

The Front Sales – Trademark position is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Karachi, working the night shift (7 PM – 4 AM). You will engage with potential and existing clients, present trademark services, and guide them through the entire sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Handle walk‑in, inbound, and outbound client inquiries.
• Present trademark and related service offerings, providing clear information on products and pricing.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Support sales reporting, attend meetings and training sessions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of sales and customer‑engagement processes.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Proven sales capabilities including lead generation, negotiation and closing.
• Experience in front‑line sales, retail or service‑based environments, preferably in technology or professional services.
• Ability to work on‑site in Karachi, manage time effectively and handle multiple interactions.
• Basic proficiency with CRM tools and office software.
• Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field is a plus.
