Front Seller

About the role

The Front Seller role at AfterRender is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Karāchi. You will engage directly with potential and existing clients, present the agency’s video and content services, and help match client needs with suitable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle in‑person and phone inquiries from clients and follow up on leads.
• Prepare basic proposals or quotations and coordinate with the creative team to capture client requirements accurately.
• Maintain client records and support basic marketing or outreach activities.
• Contribute to a welcoming and professional front‑office environment.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
• Basic sales or customer‑facing experience, preferably in a creative, media, or service‑oriented environment.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple client inquiries efficiently.
• Comfort using email, phones, and basic office software for client communication.
• Ability to work on‑site in Karāchi, collaborate with team members, and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
• Interest in video production, digital content, or YouTube workflows is an advantage.
