Frontend Engineer (React.js / Next.js)

About the role

Exeonic is seeking a Frontend Engineer who loves building fast, elegant, mobile‑first web applications. You will work on highly interactive user interfaces that integrate tightly with backend APIs, collaborating with product managers, designers, and backend engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and ship high‑performance web applications using React 18, Next.js (App Router) and TypeScript.
• Create responsive, accessible, pixel‑perfect UI components with Tailwind CSS.
• Implement state management using Zustand, Redux Toolkit or similar libraries.
• Handle server‑state and API integration efficiently with TanStack Query or SWR.
• Collaborate with designers in Figma to translate design systems into reusable components.
• Optimize applications for performance, SEO and Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP).
• Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs, manage authentication flows and error handling.
• Write unit and integration tests using Jest, React Testing Library or Cypress.
• Participate in daily stand‑ups, sprint planning and code reviews following Exeonic’s standards.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Vercel, GitHub Actions or Supabase Edge Functions.

Required profile

• 3–6+ years of modern frontend development experience.
• Strong proficiency with React 18, Next.js and TypeScript.
• Experience structuring scalable apps with Zustand, Redux Toolkit or similar.
• Knowledge of data fetching, caching and performance optimisation using TanStack Query or SWR.
• Ability to write semantic, accessible, responsive UI with Tailwind CSS.
• Comfort integrating REST/GraphQL APIs, authentication and analytics.
• Good eye for UX details and collaboration in Figma.
• Familiarity with testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library or Cypress.
• Clear communication and ownership from development to release.
