Frontend Web Developer – HTML & CSS (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Frontend Web Developer specialized in HTML and CSS to join a high‑traffic platform project on a contract basis. The role focuses on turning design mockups into responsive, pixel‑perfect user interfaces while ensuring cross‑browser compatibility.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain front‑end components using HTML, CSS and related technologies.
• Implement responsive layouts and ensure consistent appearance across browsers and devices.
• Collaborate with design teams to translate Figma, Sketch or similar mockups into functional UI elements.
• Optimize front‑end performance and adhere to accessibility standards.
• Participate in code reviews and promote best‑practice coding standards.

Required profile

• Strong grasp of semantic HTML markup.
• Deep understanding of modern CSS, including responsive and mobile‑first design.
• Experience using CSS preprocessors or utility frameworks.
• Proficiency with browser developer tools for debugging.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
