Full Stack Developer – AI‑Native

About the role

As an AI‑native Full Stack Developer at Ajaia you will build software for both client engagements and internal product initiatives, turning vague requirements into robust web, backend and AI‑driven solutions. The role requires autonomy, rapid iteration and daily use of AI tools throughout the development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain full‑stack features for AI‑enabled applications, internal platforms and client delivery systems.
• Develop responsive frontend interfaces, reliable backend services, API design, database operations and cloud deployments.
• Use AI tools for coding support, debugging, technical research, test generation and documentation improvement.
• Collaborate with delivery leads, designers and engineers to translate priorities into production‑ready software.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience building and shipping full‑stack applications in professional environments.
• Ability to operate effectively with minimal detailed requirements and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving consultancy or product setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
