Full Stack Developer II

About the role

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer II to join our engineering team at TopTech EST. The role involves independently delivering features across both frontend and backend, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to build scalable, maintainable, high‑performance applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop scalable web applications using React.js, Next.js, TypeScript and Shadcn UI.
• Design and implement REST APIs with Python (FastAPI) or Node.js (NestJS) following clean‑architecture principles.
• Create efficient PostgreSQL database schemas and use Redis for caching where appropriate.
• Write well‑documented, secure authentication and authorization systems.
• Deliver complete features independently, participate in technical design discussions and mentor junior developers.
• Review pull requests, troubleshoot production issues and improve existing codebases through refactoring and optimization.
• Write unit and integration tests and follow engineering best practices.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional software development experience building production web applications.
• Strong understanding of both frontend and backend development, OOP, clean architecture and design patterns.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership from planning to deployment and mentor junior team members.
• Effective communication across product, QA, design and AI teams.
