Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to own development, enhancement, troubleshooting, and maintenance of our web portal, delivering new functionality while ensuring high quality. The role works within the RazorSync division, based in our Lahore/Islamabad resource centre, collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new user‑facing features using React.js.
• Implement backend functionality and enhancements with the .NET framework.
• Build reusable front‑end components and libraries.
• Translate designs and wireframes into clean, high‑quality code.
• Optimize components for performance across diverse browsers and devices.
• Write unit tests and maintain acceptable code coverage.
• Refactor, update, and maintain existing codebases.
• Collaborate with QA and other engineers to debug and resolve issues.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience building web applications with React.js and .NET.
• Ability to balance speed and quality, delivering production‑ready features.
• Proactive learner who adopts new technologies when appropriate.
• Effective collaborator in cross‑functional teams.
