Full Stack Developer (MERN)

About the role

We are seeking a capable Full Stack Developer to join our delivery team on an AI‑heavy product build. You will work across the full stack, creating Vue.js front‑ends and Node.js back‑ends while collaborating closely with a senior developer and QA in a structured sprint environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and middleware using Node.js.
• Build responsive, component‑based user interfaces with Vue.js, managing state via Pinia or Vuex.
• Design PostgreSQL schemas, write optimized queries, and handle database migrations.
• Integrate large language model APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) and implement Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines with vector search (pgvector or equivalent).
• Participate in code reviews, version control (Git/Bitbucket), and agile sprint ceremonies.
• Write clear documentation and communicate effectively in written English within an async‑first team.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on full‑stack JavaScript development.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and Vue.js, including state management and routing.
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL schema design and query optimization.
• Proven experience integrating LLM APIs and building RAG or vector‑search pipelines.
• Excellent written English and ability to work independently in a remote‑first environment.
