Full-Stack Developer - Next.js & Python

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to design, build and maintain production web applications. The role is fully remote and involves ownership of both the user interface and the API layer, working across modern frontend and backend technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop production‑grade front‑end features using Next.js 16 (App Router), React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, Radix, Zustand, React Hook Form and AG Grid Enterprise.
• Implement backend services with Python 3.13, FastAPI, Pydantic v2, SQLAlchemy/SQLModel, Alembic, Celery, Redis and uvicorn, handling authentication, async I/O and background jobs.
• Design and maintain relational and graph data models using Azure SQL, PostgreSQL (including pgvector), Neo4j and MongoDB, and manage migrations.
• Configure and monitor Azure cloud resources (Blob, Identity, Key Vault, Container Registry) and Docker Compose environments, with observability via Prometheus and Grafana.
• Integrate advanced features such as real‑time communication (Socket.IO, WebRTC), complex data visualisations (AG Grid, maps, PDF viewers, Tiptap), and LLM/RAG capabilities.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience shipping production web applications and owning end‑to‑end features.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript/React and Python/FastAPI, with a solid grasp of async programming and typed schemas.
• Proven ability to model relational databases, write migrations and work with multi‑service architectures using HTTP, Redis and background workers.
• Experience writing unit, integration and end‑to‑end tests for both frontend and backend code.
• Clear written communication and a habit of delivering code that is easy for the next engineer to understand.
