Full Stack Engineer (L1)

About the role

Dataspecc is looking for an L1 Full Stack Engineer with 1–2 years of experience who is eager to grow quickly and ship features fast. The role is AI‑first, requiring daily use of AI coding tools to accelerate development.

Key responsibilities

• Build, test, and ship full‑stack features using Next.js (App Router, server components) and Tailwind CSS.
• Design and manage Supabase back‑end components, including Postgres schema, auth, row‑level security, storage, and edge functions.
• Integrate third‑party APIs and services such as payments, CRMs, email, social platforms, and LLM providers, handling authentication, webhooks, rate limits, and errors.
• Develop AI‑powered features by wiring LLM APIs, tool calling, and multi‑step workflows.
• Use AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) as a core part of writing, debugging, refactoring, and documenting code.
• Translate Figma designs into clean, responsive interfaces using Mantine components.
• Fix bugs, improve performance, and help maintain production stability.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience building web applications with TypeScript.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and a habit of figuring things out independently.
• High drive, willingness to learn fast, and ownership of shipped work.

Required skills
