Full Stack Engineer (Remote)

About the role

Dr Hud is building an AI‑first dermatology telehealth platform that connects patients and clinicians through doctor, messaging, and consultation workflows. As a Full Stack Engineer you will join a small, cross‑continental team based in Islamabad and Stockholm, working remotely to deliver high‑impact features.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack features using TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js and NestJS.
• Create and consume GraphQL APIs with Apollo to enable seamless data exchange.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to improve user experience and workflow efficiency.
• Implement and optimise PostgreSQL schemas and relational data models.
• Leverage frontier AI and agentic tools daily to accelerate development and product quality.
