Future Talent QA Engineer Trainee (Lahore)

About the role

Join Tetra Pak’s Future Talent Programme as a QA Engineer trainee. You will be part of an 18‑month development journey, rotating through production, quality and engineering functions to build a solid foundation in modern packaging technology.

Key responsibilities

• Learn modern technology for producing packaging materials and become proficient in safety, ergonomics and environmental conditions.
• Study customer quality requirements and ensure they are met throughout production.
• Support World Class Manufacturing initiatives and Total Productive Maintenance activities.
• Apply the “Infinite loop approach” for problem analysis, prioritisation, solution implementation and follow‑up.
• Lead cross‑functional projects aimed at improving machine productivity and reliability.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate (2025‑2026) or up to one year experience in process/production engineering.
• Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics engineering.
• Strong problem‑solving drive, team player attitude and good communication skills.
• Willingness to work hands‑on, in shifts and independently apply learned concepts.

Required skills

• Automation knowledge – PLC and SCADA.
• TPM / Process Improvement methodology.
• Digital tools – MS Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint.
