About the role

We are seeking a creative, results‑driven Gaming Content & Social Media Manager to promote our casual cricket game and expand its audience across multiple digital platforms. You will shape the content strategy, maintain a consistent publishing schedule, and discover new ways to attract and engage players.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative content ideas and campaigns to showcase the game.
• Build and manage a daily/weekly content calendar for various social and digital channels.
• Create and publish engaging short‑form videos, graphics, memes, blog articles, community posts, and promotional assets.
• Adapt content to suit each platform’s audience and format.
• Monitor social, gaming, and cricket trends to identify fresh opportunities.
• Experiment with formats, messaging, and concepts to boost reach and engagement.
• Track content performance, analyze data, and refine future output.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate new features, events, and promotions into compelling content.
• Foster an active community around the game and report key metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media, digital content, or gaming‑related marketing.
• Strong understanding of social platforms and current digital trends.
• Demonstrated ability to generate creative ideas and deliver them consistently.
• Portfolio showcasing measurable results (views, engagement, follower growth, etc.).
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Self‑starter capable of meeting deadlines and maintaining a regular publishing cadence.
• Passion for gaming, digital entertainment, and preferably cricket.
