Gardener – Level 1

About the role

The National Land Agency is seeking a Gardener (Level 1) to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of its compound. This entry‑level position ensures that the grounds are kept tidy, safe, and presentable at all times.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine lawn mowing, trimming, and edging across the agency’s grounds.
• Remove litter, debris, and weeds to maintain a clean environment.
• Water plants, shrubs, and trees according to seasonal requirements.
• Assist with basic landscaping tasks such as planting and mulching.
• Report any maintenance issues or hazards observed on the premises.

Required profile

• Completion of secondary school (high school diploma).
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physical stamina to perform manual gardening tasks.
• Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility for maintaining cleanliness.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of gardening tools and equipment.
• Understanding of plant care and ground maintenance.
