General Manager – Global Growth

About the role

TCF is looking for a General Manager – Global Growth to lead its worldwide digital fundraising engine. The role will drive revenue generation across multiple regions, overseeing performance marketing, SEO, analytics, product, and website operations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the global digital growth strategy for markets including Pakistan, US, UK, Canada, Europe, Middle East and Australia.
• Manage the global digital marketing budget, allocate spend across channels and markets, and ensure targets for ROAS, CAC:LTV and ARPU are met.
• Lead paid acquisition on platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn and Bing, and optimise campaigns through testing.
• Drive organic growth via SEO and AI answer engines, integrating paid and organic funnels.
• Own analytics, attribution and reporting to provide a single view of growth performance.
• Set the product roadmap for donation platforms, improve conversion and donor lifetime value.
• Oversee global website operations, ensuring fast, localized, conversion‑focused experiences.
• Engage senior stakeholders, including the Board, international partners and external agencies, to align on growth priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• 8‑10 years of experience in growth or performance marketing for B2C businesses, with senior leadership of multi‑market initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage large digital budgets and cross‑functional teams.
• Experience influencing senior leadership, boards and international partners.

Required skills

• Performance marketing on Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn and Bing.
• SEO and AI‑driven answer engine optimisation.
• Advanced analytics, attribution modelling and conversion rate optimisation.
• Product management for donation platforms.
• Website operations and CRO.
• Familiarity with CRM/donation tools such as Salesforce (a plus).
