General Manager – Retail & F&B Leasing

About the role

Faisal Town Group is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead retail and food‑and‑beverage leasing across its portfolio of shopping malls, lifestyle destinations and mixed‑use projects in Pakistan. The role combines strategic planning, brand acquisition and tenant‑mix optimisation to create vibrant, high‑traffic destinations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute leasing strategies for malls, mixed‑use and boutique retail projects.
• Identify, negotiate and secure contracts with local, regional and international retail and F&B brands.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with retailers, restaurant operators, café chains and franchise groups.
• Design tenant‑mix plans that maximise occupancy, footfall and customer experience.
• Lead lease negotiations, renewals and strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate with design, construction, legal, finance, operations and marketing teams throughout project lifecycles.
• Track emerging retail, lifestyle and entertainment concepts to keep developments competitive.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in retail and F&B leasing.
• Proven track record leasing multiple shopping malls, mixed‑use or high‑street developments.
• Strong network with local and international retail and restaurant brands.
• Expertise in tenant‑mix planning, commercial negotiations and leasing strategy.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and business development skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field; MBA preferred.
