About the role

Takmeel Square Pvt. Ltd. seeks an experienced General Sales Manager to lead the sales function across its commercial and residential real‑estate portfolio. The role combines strategic planning, revenue ownership, and team development to drive growth and expand the investor network.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall sales strategy for both commercial and residential projects.
• Own revenue targets, monitor performance, and accelerate inventory movement.
• Build, mentor, and manage high‑performance sales teams.
• Expand relationships with local, corporate, and overseas investors, dealers, and channel partners.
• Oversee sales forecasting, CRM utilization, and performance management processes.

Required profile

• 15+ years of progressive sales experience, primarily in commercial and residential real‑estate.
• Proven track record of achieving substantial revenue targets and closing high‑value transactions.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high‑performing sales teams.
• Established network of investors, dealers, and channel partners.
• Strong command of sales forecasting, CRM, and performance management.
