General Worker – Production

About the role

The General Worker will support routine production and operational activities at GSK, ensuring tasks are carried out safely, efficiently and in compliance with GSK procedures and quality standards. This role is essential to maintain smooth workflow on the solid‑dose packaging line.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine manual and operational tasks as directed by the supervisor or line lead.
• Support production activities, including material handling, basic cleaning and equipment‑related tasks within approved procedures.
• Follow all safety, quality and GMP/GEK guidelines and immediately report any issues or unsafe conditions.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with team members to keep the work area organised and efficient.

Required profile

• Minimum DAE engineering qualification or equivalent.
• Prior experience with pharma solid‑dose packaging machines and line management.
• Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Physically fit to perform manual tasks such as standing and lifting within approved limits.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and teamwork.
