Global Customer Support Executive

About the role

The Global Customer Support Executive will serve as the first‑line support for NIQ Brandbank’s worldwide supplier client base. Working within a dedicated team, you will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting key performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external queries via chat, email or other online channels within agreed SLAs.
• Develop a deep understanding of NIQ Brandbank services—including Product Library, Shopper Experience Platform, Integration Solutions, eCommerce Insights, and more—to address client questions and track usage.
• Schedule product deliveries, manage operational queries, and support the operations team to maintain service quality.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and commercial teams to deliver first‑class service and drive process improvements.
• Prepare regular reports on product status, business metrics, and service usage for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Download, manage, and analyse data reports as required.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Experience in a B2B customer support role; data‑analysis experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to meet multiple KPI targets, especially customer satisfaction.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, diverse team.
• Highly organized with excellent time‑management, prioritisation and attention to detail.
