Global Franchise Development Director

About the role

Sperton is seeking a seasoned Global Franchise Development Director to design, develop, and launch its international franchise model. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will create the systems, processes, and framework needed to recruit, onboard, and support franchise partners worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute Sperton's franchise strategy and business model.
• Design the franchise proposition, territory allocation, and commercial framework.
• Develop comprehensive franchise documentation, operations manuals, and training programs.
• Build and manage the end‑to‑end franchise recruitment, onboarding, and support processes.
• Create sales materials, evaluate potential franchise partners, and drive partner acquisition.
• Establish operational standards, KPIs, reporting mechanisms, and quality assurance processes.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to steer global franchise expansion.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing or expanding a franchise business.
• Strong understanding of franchise operations, partner onboarding, and business development.
• Demonstrated ability to create scalable systems, processes, and operational frameworks.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strategic and commercial mindset with strong English communication skills.
• Experience in professional services, recruitment, consultancy, education, or similar service‑based industries is highly desirable.
