Global Sourcing Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Global Sourcing Coordinator to join our international procurement team on a permanent basis. In this role you will support end‑to‑end sourcing activities, strengthen vendor relationships and help drive cost efficiencies across our global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the full procurement cycle from sourcing and negotiation to contract management and vendor performance tracking.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define material and service needs and identify suitable global suppliers.
• Conduct cost analysis and market research to uncover savings and process improvement opportunities.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing vendors, ensuring compliance with contract terms.
• Facilitate international trade processes, including documentation, customs clearance and logistics coordination.
• Use SAP and Oracle systems to keep procurement data accurate, track orders and generate reports.
• Analyze supply‑chain data to spot trends, risks and opportunities and provide actionable insights to management.

Required profile

• 0–1 year of experience in supply‑chain management, procurement or a related field.
• Familiarity with logistics and international trade principles.
• Basic understanding of cost analysis and contract management.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
