Google Ads Account Manager (White‑Label Specialist)

About the role

We are a leading white‑label Google Ads provider supporting digital marketing agencies worldwide. As a Google Ads Account Manager you will own a diverse portfolio of accounts from day one, handling everything from strategy to reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple Google Ads projects across e‑commerce, lead generation and B2B niches under a white‑label model.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and audience mapping to create custom strategies.
• Set up and optimise Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display and YouTube campaigns.
• Perform daily bid adjustments, negative‑keyword scrubbing, A/B testing and landing‑page analysis to maximise ROI/ROAS.
• Ensure accurate tracking with GTM, GA4 and Enhanced Conversions.
• Produce clear monthly white‑label reports for partner agencies.
• Identify scaling opportunities and pitch next‑step strategies to increase client retention.

Required profile

• Minimum 3.5 years hands‑on Google Ads management, preferably agency experience.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle 15‑20+ accounts simultaneously without loss of quality.
