About the role

Ajcreationz is seeking a full‑time, on‑site specialist in Faisalabad to drive performance across Google Ads, Meta platforms and the GoHighLevel CRM. The role blends campaign planning, customer‑journey management and data‑driven optimisation to support the agency’s multi‑disciplinary digital services.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to meet client KPIs.
• Configure and maintain GoHighLevel CRM, designing automated customer‑lifecycle journeys.
• Execute email‑marketing programmes and monitor deliverability and engagement metrics.
• Analyse performance data, generate reports and recommend strategic adjustments.
• Collaborate with design, development and content teams to ensure brand consistency.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to interpret performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience in performance testing and optimisation of digital campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
