Google Ads & SEO Specialist

About the role

Quba Marketing is seeking a results‑driven Google Ads & SEO Specialist to join its Lahore team. You will be responsible for both organic and paid search strategies, helping clients generate leads, conversions and measurable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and continuously optimise Google Ads campaigns.
• Conduct in‑depth keyword, competitor and market research.
• Perform regular SEO audits, on‑page optimisation and technical fixes.
• Develop ethical off‑page link‑building strategies.
• Monitor performance using GA4, Google Search Console and Tag Manager.
• Analyse traffic, rankings and ROI, producing clear performance reports.
• Collaborate with content, design and marketing teams.
• Stay up‑to‑date with algorithm changes and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience in SEO and Google Ads.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and meeting deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business or related field preferred, though practical experience is valued.
