Google Ads Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Google Ads Specialist to turn advertising budgets into measurable business results. You will manage campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max and more, taking ownership of performance and optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across various formats.
• Conduct keyword, competitor, audience, and search‑term research.
• Develop and test ad copy, targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign structures.
• Monitor performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversion rate and profitability.
• Adjust budgets based on performance and business goals, and improve under‑performing campaigns.
• Analyze data, provide actionable recommendations, and collaborate with creative and marketing teams.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking, ensure data accuracy, and run A/B tests.
• Prepare regular performance reports and stay updated on Google Ads changes.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on Google Ads experience with a proven track record.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Experience managing meaningful advertising budgets and understanding of ROAS, CPA, CAC, conversion rates and attribution.
• Excellent communication skills to explain performance and recommendations.
