Google Merchant Center & Digital Marketing Expert (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Google Merchant Center & Digital Marketing Expert to boost the online visibility and sales of multiple e‑commerce sites that sell laboratory, scientific, medical, biotechnology and industrial equipment. The role is fully remote and focuses on managing product feeds, Google Shopping campaigns and comprehensive SEO/SEM strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Create, maintain and optimise Google Merchant Center accounts and product feeds to meet policy requirements.
• Set up, monitor and refine Google Shopping campaigns to maximise ROAS.
• Integrate e‑commerce platforms for seamless data synchronisation with Merchant Center.
• Plan and execute SEM campaigns, conduct keyword research and manage PPC budgets.
• Develop and implement on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO initiatives.
• Analyse traffic, conversion and advertising metrics using Google Analytics and related tools.
• Collaborate with content, IT and web development teams to improve product descriptions and technical SEO.
• Stay current with digital‑marketing trends, Google guidelines and e‑commerce best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, e‑commerce and Google advertising tools.
• Data‑driven mindset with proven ability to interpret performance data and adjust strategies.
• Strong communication skills to work cross‑functionally without direct team management.
