Google Workspace Expert (Remote)

About the role

PMS Certification Private Limited is seeking a remote Google Workspace Expert to configure, manage, and optimise its Google Workspace environment for internal teams and client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and optimise Google Workspace, including integrations with Google Sheets, Make.com, Brevo, and a WhatsApp Gateway blueprint.
• Administer users and groups, set permissions, and manage security and compliance settings.
• Troubleshoot access, sync, and integration issues across the platform.
• Create and maintain documentation, workflows, and best‑practice guides for collaboration, data management, and backup.
• Provide training, respond to support tickets, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
• Recommend improvements to support certification and training operations.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in Google Workspace administration (user/group management, security policies, configurations).
• Hands‑on experience with core Google Workspace apps (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Meet).
• Ability to design and document workflows, create user guides, and deliver training.
• Knowledge of data security, backup practices, and compliance relevant to certification/training environments.
• Excellent communication skills, customer‑focused mindset, and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
