Graphic Designer – Amazon Creative Assets

About the role

You will be the visual engine of the pod, creating the first impression customers see on Amazon. Your designs directly influence click‑through and conversion rates, making design a performance lever for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Create all Amazon listing images, A+ Content, Premium A+, Brand Story, and Storefront assets, delivering both mobile and desktop versions.
• Use AI design tools to generate options while ensuring every image looks natural, brand‑accurate, and trustworthy.
• Review and research creative briefs independently, gather color palettes and fonts, and reference client style guides.
• Produce drafts in Seller Central, save all work as DRAFT, and hand off final assets to the Account Manager for upload.
• Maintain organized file structures in Figma and layered files, following naming conventions.
• Build and refine listing‑optimization templates to increase output volume.
• Track time and task estimates in ClickUp, prioritize revision tasks, and ensure at least eight hours of work is queued each week.
• Verify licensing for all stock assets and never use unlicensed material.

Required profile

• Strong visual sense with a focus on e‑commerce performance.
• Proactive attitude, able to request missing briefs and manage workload independently.
• Detail‑oriented, ensuring product accuracy and brand consistency across all assets.
• Comfortable collaborating daily with an Account Manager and Brand Manager.

Required skills

• Graphic design for Amazon listings (image creation, A+ Content, storefronts).
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Experience with AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E) and Listing Optimization AI.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central draft creation.
• File organization and naming convention management.
• ClickUp task and time‑tracking usage.
