Graphic Designer – Branding & Marketing Communications

About the role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to support branding, marketing communications and digital initiatives for our international clients. The role involves producing a wide range of visual assets, from social media graphics and presentations to sales collateral and brand identity systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design modern marketing materials for recruiting and executive search firms.
• Create branded sales collateral such as brochures, one‑pagers, pitch decks and case studies.
• Develop polished PowerPoint presentations for leadership and client meetings.
• Produce engaging social media graphics, banners, ad creatives and promotional campaigns.
• Generate visual assets for websites, blogs, landing pages, newsletters and digital advertising.
• Support brand development projects, including logos, typography systems and brand guidelines.
• Design infographics, market reports and thought‑leadership materials.
• Prepare production‑ready files for both digital and print applications.

Required profile

• Fluent, conversational English with strong communication skills.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on file organization and consistency.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced agency environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong experience designing PowerPoint presentations and branded sales decks.
• Proven ability to create graphics for social media, digital advertising and web marketing campaigns.
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy and branding principles.
