Graphic Designer – Creative Team (Lahore)

About the role

InSol360, a Lahore‑based video marketing agency, is expanding its in‑house creative team. We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into compelling visual assets that support our international clients across health, fitness, wellness, food, finance and legal sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Create eye‑catching designs for social media, YouTube thumbnails, digital ads and brand collateral.
• Collaborate with video editors and marketing leads to ensure a consistent visual identity across campaigns.
• Translate marketing concepts into layouts that meet client objectives.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and help shape creative direction for multiple brands.
• Stay updated on emerging design trends and AI‑powered creative tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or a related field.
• 1–2 years of professional design experience, or a strong portfolio as a fresh graduate.
• Good command of English and ability to work collaboratively.
• Growth mindset with eagerness to learn new tools and techniques.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Experience with AI image generators such as Midjourney or DALL·E (strong plus).
• Familiarity with Canva, Figma and animation tools like After Effects or VideoScribe.
