Graphic Designer – Digital Illustration & Brand Identity

About the role

Our client, Popular Group of Companies, is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join its Lahore team. The role focuses on creating high‑impact digital illustrations, marketing assets and branded content across web, social, email and print channels.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and produce digital illustrations, icons and visual assets that align with strategic briefs.
• Design marketing collateral for web, social media, email campaigns and print, ensuring brand consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and development teams throughout the creative lifecycle from ideation to delivery.
• Present design concepts and defend decisions to senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, enforcing visual standards across all touchpoints.
• Mentor junior designers, lead design critiques and raise overall team quality.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging tools and competitor work to keep the creative output ahead of the curve.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong emphasis on digital illustration and brand identity.
• Proven ability to adapt design style for different industries and audience segments.
• Clear communicator who can articulate visual ideas in written and verbal form.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Illustration or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in an Agile or sprint‑based creative environment is a plus.

Required skills

• Adobe Illustrator – vector illustration, iconography, brand assets.
• Adobe Photoshop – compositing, retouching, photo manipulation.
• Adobe InDesign – layout and print‑ready document production.
