Graphic Designer – Proof

About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Graphic Designer to join our Proof Team. The role focuses on creating precise, production‑ready artwork proofs for promotional and customizable products, ensuring flawless transition to manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Create accurate artwork proofs for client approval.
• Prepare print‑ready files that meet all technical specifications, including sizing, bleed, color mode, and resolution.
• Maintain strict alignment with client brand guidelines.
• Review layouts for spacing, typography, and visual consistency.
• Manage multiple proofs daily without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with Sales, Design, and Production teams to avoid errors and delays.

Required profile

• Detail‑obsessed and process‑driven.
• Comfortable handling repetitive tasks with consistent accuracy.
• Proactive in identifying potential production issues.
• Open to feedback and continuous improvement.
• Reliable and accountable in a 24/7 operational setup.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (mandatory).
• Solid working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience with product templates and print specifications.
• Deep understanding of print‑ready file preparation.
