Graphic Designer & Visual Content Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer & Visual Content Specialist to join our dynamic team. The role involves turning ideas into compelling visual solutions across digital and print media while maintaining brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for websites, social media, video content, marketing materials and presentations.
• Design engaging visual content for videos, promotional campaigns and interactive media.
• Conceptualise and execute design solutions that meet marketing and branding objectives.
• Manage multiple design projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring timely completion and high quality.
• Collaborate with project managers, marketing teams, copywriters, developers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and integrate visual elements.
• Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools and technologies, and apply them to improve the creative process.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders, incorporate feedback and work with external vendors or freelancers as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Arts, Media Design or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design and visual content creation.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design and visual content work.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Experience with 3D design software such as Cinema 4D or Blender (a plus).
• Knowledge of typography, colour theory, composition and layout design.
• Understanding of visual storytelling and motion graphics (a plus).
