Graphics Design Faculty / Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Graphics Design Faculty/Trainer to deliver high‑quality instruction on industry‑standard design software and concepts. The role involves guiding students through practical projects, monitoring their progress, and helping them build professional portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and hands‑on training on Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Captivate, Lightroom, CorelDRAW, InPage, and related tools.
• Teach design fundamentals such as design styles, vector graphics, branding material, and print production.
• Address student queries with practical demonstrations and support.
• Track and evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Mentor students in developing strong design portfolios.
• Manage batch schedules and ensure smooth class operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in graphic design.
• At least 1 year of experience as a trainer or instructor.
• Positive attitude, strong problem‑solving abilities, and good presentation skills.
• Ability to nurture and motivate students.
