Growth Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Growth Manager to drive scalable growth initiatives for a global leader in software development and IT services. The remote, full-time position will focus on expanding the platform’s user base through data-driven strategies and cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute growth strategies to boost user acquisition, retention and monetisation.
• Analyse platform metrics and user behaviour to uncover optimisation opportunities.
• Partner with product, marketing and engineering teams to launch and iterate growth experiments.
• Manage paid acquisition campaigns across digital channels and optimise spend.
• Monitor key performance indicators and report progress to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in growth marketing or user acquisition with measurable results.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent project-management skills and capacity to prioritise initiatives.

• A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
