About the role

We are seeking a Growth Manager to lead scalable growth initiatives for a global leader in software development and IT services. This full‑time remote position focuses on driving user acquisition, retention, and monetization through data‑driven strategies.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute growth strategies to increase acquisition, retention, and revenue.
Analyze platform metrics and user behavior to uncover optimization opportunities.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to launch growth experiments.
Manage paid acquisition campaigns and optimize spend across digital channels.
Track key performance indicators and report growth performance to stakeholders.

Required profile

Proven experience in growth marketing or user acquisition with measurable results.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize cross‑functional initiatives.
