Growth & Systems Manager – Restaurant Operations

About the role

Redapple Restaurants is seeking a Growth & Systems Manager to lead sales and operational excellence across its multi‑unit restaurant network in Karachi. The role combines marketing, technology and process optimisation to accelerate revenue and enhance the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through targeted marketing campaigns, promotions and digital channels.
• Develop, document and roll out standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all restaurant locations.
• Improve customer experience and operational efficiency by analysing performance data.
• Oversee the Foodpanda partnership, website, loyalty programme and online reputation management.
• Lead technology, automation and process‑improvement initiatives to modernise the brand.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects with Operations, Marketing, IT and Call‑Center teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a multi‑unit restaurant, QSR, café or food‑service environment.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, systems and SOP implementation.
• Proven project‑management and execution capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with a results‑driven approach.
