Hardware Sales Representative

About the role

Axion Technologies is seeking a results‑driven Hardware Sales Representative to expand market presence and drive revenue growth. The role involves selling hardware solutions to commercial and enterprise clients in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new commercial and enterprise clients through cold calling, networking, and industry outreach.
• Assess client infrastructure needs and recommend tailored hardware solutions, upgrades, and maintenance contracts.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline, manage CRM records, and nurture long‑term client relationships.
• Prepare proposals, pricing structures, and competitive bids while negotiating contract terms.
• Stay updated on emerging technology trends, competitor offerings, and vendor product roadmaps.
• Work closely with technical support, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and client onboarding.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical sales experience.
• 2–4 years of proven B2B sales experience in IT hardware, electronics, or enterprise technology.
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting/exceeding quotas.
• Technical literacy in computer architecture, server specifications, and networking hardware.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
