About the role

Alay, a fast‑growing athleisure brand, is seeking a dynamic Head of Business Operations to lead internal operations, drive execution, and ensure seamless coordination across all departments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations and ensure seamless coordination across all departments.
• Act as a central liaison between teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and timely execution.
• Ensure smooth warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, stock management, and efficient order fulfillment.
• Drive timely product launches, project milestones, and departmental deliverables.
• Establish and monitor departmental KPIs, evaluate team performance, and ensure accountability.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and improve overall business efficiency.
• Work closely with the CEO on strategic priorities, business performance, and operational decision‑making.

Required profile

• 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in fashion, retail, e‑commerce, or consumer brands.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• A proactive, hands‑on leader with a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to see the bigger picture while ensuring detailed execution.
