Head of Digital Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results‑driven Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing function and accelerate growth in international markets, especially the United States. The role combines strategic vision with hands‑on execution across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an end‑to‑end digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Build, mentor and scale a high‑performing team covering performance, growth, paid media, SEO, content, social and creative operations.
• Set quarterly and annual goals, KPIs, budgets and growth targets; monitor and report results to senior leadership.
• Lead paid campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms, optimizing CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS and ROI.
• Oversee brand and content strategy across websites, blogs, email and social media, ensuring consistency and high conversion.
• Analyze marketing dashboards, generate monthly/quarterly reports and use data to drive strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media or related field (Master’s/MBA a plus).
• 8–10 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of scaling teams, managing budgets and delivering measurable growth.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
