Head of Finance

About the role

A rapidly growing self-service payment kiosk network is looking for a Head of Finance to lead its financial operations, regulatory compliance and financial planning. The role shapes the company's financial strategy, strengthens internal controls, ensures regulatory adherence and supports sustainable growth. The position is based in Lahore.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, budgeting and forecasting
• Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting and audits
• Ensure compliance with SECP, SBP and other regulatory requirements
• Manage cash flow, treasury and capital planning
• Develop financial models to support growth and investment decisions
• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, banks and regulators
• Implement internal financial controls and risk management frameworks
• Support fundraising, investor reporting and due diligence
• Lead and mentor the finance team

Required profile

• CA / ACCA / CFA / ICMA qualified (CA preferred)
• Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in Fintech, Banking or Financial Services
• Strong knowledge of SBP regulations and financial compliance
• Experience in financial planning, risk management and fundraising
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
