Head of Marketplace Operations – Remote

About the role

Optizon is seeking a senior leader to head its Amazon marketplace operations across multiple brands. This remote position will drive performance, supply‑chain efficiency, and AI‑enabled strategies while working closely with the CEO and leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day Amazon operations, including listings, account health, pricing, fulfillment and compliance.
• Lead growth initiatives such as new product launches, keyword optimization, promotions and advertising.
• Direct end‑to‑end supply‑chain activities: procurement, inventory forecasting, 3PL coordination and FBA/FBM logistics.
• Manage customer experience on Amazon, maintaining high ratings, fast response times and streamlined returns.
• Implement AI and automation tools for forecasting, ad performance, competitive analysis and process improvement.
• Build and scale cross‑functional teams, aligning operational strategy with overall business goals.

• Strong operational instincts and proven ability to solve high‑impact issues quickly.
• Experience managing supply‑chain, fulfillment and customer‑service functions.
