Head of Operations Performance

About the role

Mous is looking for a senior leader to own and elevate operational performance across its supply chain, logistics, production, procurement, quality and customer experience functions. Reporting directly to the COO, you will turn complex data into clear insights and drive high‑impact initiatives that improve speed, quality and decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Define, evolve and maintain a KPI framework that measures performance across all operational domains.
• Transform raw operational data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with heads of supply chain, logistics, production, procurement, quality and CX to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead the design and execution of high‑impact performance improvement projects.
• Provide regular performance reporting and dashboards that highlight trends and risks.
• Champion a data‑driven culture, ensuring decisions are grounded in measurable results.

• Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, asking direct questions and challenging assumptions.
• Pragmatic, collaborative and results‑oriented, with a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to define problems, prioritize actions and drive momentum to resolution.
