Head of Product

About the role

Giant Group is looking for a Head of Product to own and improve every client‑facing product and journey across the platform. You will build the product function from the ground up, define decision‑making processes, and align development, marketing and operations around client outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end client experience across onboarding, timesheets, payroll, funding and reporting, removing friction.
• Drive commercial outcomes by improving client conversion, retention and multi‑service adoption through product design.
• Establish the product function’s processes for prioritisation, decision‑making and delivery; recommend team structure and hires.
• Leverage AI tools to design, prototype and iterate product changes rapidly, redesigning client journeys.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales and operations to translate feedback into product priorities and create clear feedback loops.
• Align the business around a shared vision of a high‑quality client experience and communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Lead UX/UI efforts to ensure products are intuitive, simple and consistent, working with design and development teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and leading a product function from the ground up.
• Ability to align cross‑functional teams (development, marketing, operations) around client‑centric outcomes.
• Strong understanding of how product decisions impact commercial performance.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate product design and iteration.
