Head of Sales Closer

About the role

Profyd, a fast-growing education support company based in Pakistan that delivers online teaching to international students, is hiring a Head of Sales Closer in Lahore. You will lead the entire sales-closing function, from pipeline oversight and closing strategy to coaching junior closers and driving revenue growth across the UK, USA, Canada, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and mentor the sales closing team to hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Close high-value deals with international clients through consultative, solution-based selling
• Develop closing scripts, objection-handling frameworks and sales playbooks
• Monitor individual closers' performance and give coaching and feedback
• Work with marketing to align lead generation with closing strategies
• Analyse sales data, pipeline metrics and conversion rates to optimise the process
• Run regular training sessions on advanced closing techniques
• Report to senior management on sales performance, forecasts and growth plans

Required profile

• 2+ years in a senior sales closer or sales management role
• Proven ability to close international or B2C sales deals; education industry experience is a plus
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion in English
• Analytical mindset, self-motivated and resilient under pressure
